These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and booking services of The Cut Barbershop, a registered DBA of Goopa Investments LLC ("The Cut," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 80 Golf Course Rd, Suite D, Logan, UT 84321. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We will hold your requested time for you and send confirmations and reminders to the email and phone number you provide.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged the full service price. No-shows will be charged in full. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel so we can offer the time to another guest.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Card payments are securely processed by Stripe. Prices are subject to change.
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis to the payment method on file until cancelled. Membership visits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. You may cancel a membership at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages about your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use our website and services lawfully and not to interfere with their operation or misuse them in any way.
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cut Barbershop is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
